OUR NEW MENU - BERLIN PUB CUISINE MEETS THE ART OF BREWING
14.03.25 / At Wirtshaus Lemke am Schloss in Berlin’s Westend district, traditional pub cuisine is combined with the art of craft brewing. Our new menu focuses on hearty classics and unique creations, which are refined with our own beer specialities from the Lemke Berlin brewery. Whether it’s a hearty beer goulash, crispy beer sausages or pork knuckle in beer marinade – every connoisseur will get their money’s worth here.

BERLIN CLASSICS WITH LEMKE CHARACTER
If you like it traditional, you’ll love our Berlin specialities. Our knuckle of pork or crispy grilled knuckle of pork are marinated in beer beforehand. This makes the meat even more tender and gives it a fine flavour. The classically cooked knuckle of pork and the crispy grilled knuckle of pork are served with Bavarian cabbage, potato dumplings and homemade dark beer sauce. A real must for lovers of savoury cuisine!
CREATIVE BEER CUISINE – THE SPECIAL THING
Beer is primarily for drinking! But our kitchen proves that it is also ideal for cooking and, above all, provides the flavourful icing on the cake. Enjoy our legendary beer goulash, which is stewed with our Lemke Original (a dark lager). Or try our beer sausages with our own IPA mustard. The beer sausages are made in Berlin and here, too, our Lemke Original and spent grains from the beer production refine the flavours of the sausage. We make the IPA mustard ourselves: the very aromatic India Pale Ale (IPA) lends it subtle notes of hops, which goes perfectly with the bratwurst. Our baked Kassler ribs with mustard crust and fried potatoes are also rounded off with IPA mustard – a real flavour experience!
THERE’S SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE – FROM DEFICIENT TO MEATLESS
In addition to our meat classics, there are also many vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Our baked Maultaschen (Swabian ravioli) with tomato sauce or the savoury mushroom pan with linguine and confit cherry tomatoes leave nothing to be desired. A bowl of market-fresh salad, with grilled chicken breast on request, the Bavarian beer garden cheese “Obazda” or regional Havel pike-perch are also available for all those who would like an alternative to the hearty meat dishes.
CULINARY ENJOYMENT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
It goes without saying that our young guests are not neglected. Delicious linguine with tomato sauce or a crispy chicken schnitzel (alternatively fried fish) with dippers and cucumber salad will keep the youngsters happy. And to top it all off, there are sweet temptations such as Kaiserschmarrn (raisin pancakes) with roasted plums or our fluffy “Berliner Luft” (vanilla mousse).
