The ‘Quelle’, as we affectionately call it, has been a Berlin institution for over 80 years. The beer temple at the TV tower in the centre of Berlin: at the Biermeisterei, we combine masterful brewing with solid BBQ and grill cuisine. A modern location, illustrations all about beer and brewing. Everything revolves around beer here. Ribs, steaks and burgers are the perfect accompaniment. Everything cooked to perfection and served with homemade BBQ sauces.

Our “flagship store” and founding house at Hackescher Markt in the city center of Berlin. The history of our craft brewery began in the atmospheric railway viaducts in 1999. We still brew our beer just a few meters from here today. You can expect a relaxed atmosphere, a quiet green beer garden in the courtyard, homemade German cuisine and of course: our beer!
